Being moved by the political and social issues of the world around me is something I cannot avoid. It therefore becomes an act of healing for me to express that which I find most impossible to comprehend. I strive to understand how the experiences we have as human beings affect us. What is our individual and collective responsibility and where do we draw the line between awareness and action versus complicity?
