On depression, loss and finding your path through the dark days.
I have to mention that my youngest daughter (about 10 years old at the time) took this picture of me walking ahead of her, not understanding what I was going through. The innocence of her love and acceptance, and her love, helped lift me up more than she will ever know. I feel the hope brought through love and family allowed me to paint this from ‘the other side.’ Love wins.
