We are excited to announce the Coldwater Studio Tour 2024!
Saturday June 22nd to Sunday June 23rd,from 10am till 4pm both days.
The Coldwater and Area Studio Tour 2024 showcases the work of local and guest artisans & artists. We offer a diverse selection of work by 38 creatives, in studios, workshops and historic buildings in the beautiful surroundings of Coldwater and adjoining shores of Georgian Bay.
This year we are thrilled to have the talented artist and artisan Paul Allen as our guest artist for the weekend. Paul crafts functional, useful, and sometimes whimsical pieces from fine woods, driftwood, and found pieces. See Paul Allan’s bio at the Coldwater Studio Tour site here.

The Coldwater Studio Tour 2024 is one of the longest running art studio tours in Central Ontario. Entering it’s 22nd year in 2024, the tour now focuses on bringing people to the charming village of Coldwater, situated 20 minutes north of Barrie, 2km from Hwy 400.
With an active downtown, excellent restaurants, shopping and sites to visit, Coldwater hosts the annual artists studio tour in both the artists studios, as well as locations easily within walking distance of downtown Coldwater.
View first class artwork, by artists from the area, including acrylic and oil painting, watercolours, photography, woodworking, guitar makers, wood turners, broom makers, art jewellery, textile artists and mixed media. The artists locations include a century grain mill, now converted to a Museum, the Coldwater Canadiana Museum, featuring an original settlers’ homestead as well as vintage machinery, tools and artifacts. The Legion Hall as well as the Coldwater Community Centre all play host to the artists. Most locations are 100% accessible.
