My grandmother in Strathcona Alberta, as a young girl. My father passed in 2017 and I am finding I need all the old family stories.

My fathers’ family were persecuted German Russians living in Siberia when they fled. They journeyed from Siberia to Brazil, through the USA and finally into Alberta in the early 1900s. 

I am finding healing in this discovery of my family in the many ways I never knew them.
