I am honoured to have my painting, Muskrat Falls Dam chosen for this year’s card for the 24th annual International Women’s Day Art Show, on now at the Orillia Museum of Art & History. Over 130 artists from all modalities, share their art and stories, interpreting the theme “On the Edge.” This exhibit is always a favourite of mine, as it is full of emotion and depth of meaning. It is imperative to take some time to move through this show and read the stories that accompany the work.

I am pleased to be participating in the annual Coldwater and Area Studio Tour again this year. The Coldwater Studio Tour showcases the work of local artisans & artists. It offers a diverse selection of work in studios, workshops and historic buildings in the village of Coldwater and area, as well as the adjoining shores of Georgian Bay. This artist-run, juried event is one of Ontario’s finest and longest running studio tours. Over thirty outstanding artists and crafts people will exhibit their work over the 4 days at 18 different studios. I will be at Stop F on the tour at my own studio.
